On July 15th 2025, Khang Dien Group (KDH) was honored for the second time in the “Top 50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2025” list, organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine. The award ceremony, held at the Reunification Palace in Ho Chi Minh City, recognized Khang Dien’s prominent position among listed companies, particularly in the “Outstanding CSR Activities” category.
With a solid foundation built over 24 years, the Group consistently makes positive contributions to society, focusing on Education, Healthcare, and Quality of Life improvement. This commitment is demonstrated through various initiatives, including infrastructure development, landscape enhancement, construction and renovation of schools, and support for disadvantaged families in numerous localities. Khang Dien views corporate social responsibility as an indispensable part of its business operations.
In addition to its notable CSR efforts, Khang Dien also achieved significant business milestones in 2024-2025. Notably, the company successfully completed construction and handed over apartments and ownership certificates ahead of schedule at The Privia project. Currently, Khang Dien is introducing Gladia by the Waters (a new product developed in partnership with Keppel) to homebuyers.
